My story
HI, I'M MICHAEL.
I spent my career across Europe and Asia, working for some of the big names in my field and founding two companies before selling the last one. Working in my industry was second nature. Figuring out life after the exit was an entirely different challenge.
When I looked around, I saw many of my high-achieving peers dealing with exactely the same silent vacuum. So I dug into everything I could find about how to actually live after a demanding corporate career. It changed how I live today: a different mindset, clear priorities, and a chapter of my life which I genuinely enjoy. Much of what I learned running a business helped me become what I call the CEO of Self.
I created Cesario out of that experience. It's what I was looking for and couldn't find.
